This book was recommended by Clea (who wrote Agar and holding a great blog), so I started, I bought. Before this book, I made cow or soy milk or yogurt with yaoutiere with minimal equipment (a glass Bocale and a cool bag, it works very well): yogurt, milk and hop. But it was always the same yogurt, nothing exciting and always in limited quantity (only 8 yoghurt with 2 methods). what's changing with this book? Well, farewell YAOURTIERE (AC made room at home!) and live versions! And in addition, with the proposed methods, one can easily make more than 8 yogurts: when the family is growing up, it gets convenient to make at least a dozen per batch! Yogurt "banana split" (chocolate banana, very big hit with my son and my friends with cow or soy milk), a creamy coconut yoghurt wish, yoghurt coffee with an original brew cold ... All that with making time to a minimum (because, well, as everyone at home is metro, work, sleep stewardship + small!). One remains on healthy products that change from the ordinary. And homemade soy yogurt do not have this back a little bitter taste that lingers, all this taking soy yogurt and soy milk trade! If you do not have YAOURTIERE, if you want to make yogurt, here's a small investment to make to please you! For irreducible the yoghurt, no worries either! I hate to be in the summer to try some salty recipes (unfortunately there are some) that go so well accompany my salads.
