Since the standard points were certainly addressed many times, and in this case it is far from the most important presentation, I go only briefly respond.
Graphics: The graphics may perhaps a bit dusty look and there are some muddy textures, but it is very consistent and produces the great soundtrack (and ever great sound) an extremely dense atmosphere. In addition, the character models are very well done and the production is simply epic.
Gameplay: a prize for the most innovative gameplay will not win the game, but it's also nothing wrong and controls well, and liquid (I only played with a gamepad). A couple of nice ideas (sand traps) and distractions (gun sequences, etc.) were also built. So it should come up any monotony.
Now, however, the absolute most important part of the game. The Story!
In the maximum of 4 hours which I have played, I had I think three moments where I pause the game and tried to understand what I actually just done to hell and could happen like that. I bought the game mainly because I wanted to play a shooter with a credible and compelling storyline again. But I really did not expect. Over time I have played role-play, survival horror on standard shooter and strategy games actually everything. But never before has such a pulled me into his world a game, I never was able to empathize with the characters and never took me a story so touched. There is no good or evil, no right or wrong. Man is thrown into a war and in this war you have to do things and make decisions that you will regret later. But you have to.
If you're a shooter fan, can be found in Spec Ops a solid, coherent with the game to make sure nothing wrong. But if you're also a fan of good stories and may engage in it, you will never forget this game!
PS: Be sure to pick up in all levels the additional information! I must get back into the game again ;-)
