He then contacted several times for me to remove my negative opinion. He agreed to take back the product and reimburse me if I referred the battery to the recipient at my expense. Considering that the purchase price is relatively low, return a pile in Hong Kong or who knows where, is not really profitable, I recommended another pile to another merchant. Fortunately it is a product 3euros and dusts if not in a case like mine is screwed. It is best to order in France or Europe to the limit, even if it's a little more chére quality and customer service are top quality.
