Have the extended warranty only completed last week, so noh nothing to say about the insurance, but the employees of the service hotline were very nice and answered all my questions. Even when there was a delay in the delivery of my TVs, they sent me immediately after I informed them of the later delivery, updated insurance documents with the new date of the warranty extension.
