Unfortunately, the package already came with me to the (usual?) Broken corners and a torn page. Cardboard for the heavy machinery might not the appropriate packaging. But was evident on Verticuteermachines break anything. It has later shown that on a plastic piece on the motor but a fastening strap was broken.
The assembly was easy and fast.
Supplied with oil and petrol, the engine ran well on relatively quickly.
Unfortunately, the aerator result was anything but pleasant .... it happened exactly nothing! Shame on me that I the error only after 100m unsuccessful push the scarifier discovered had: The V-belt / toothed belt connecting the motor with the scarifying and this roller rotates at the end .... it was missing! The belt is hidden under a cover, it is not fielt me on the missing ... who expects even so the lack of a brand-new garden tool one of the most important things!
I reported the problem at Amazon ... I wanted to have replenished the missing wedge rhymes. The installation is not very complicated, I would have even settled.
I wanted to take this, as I think simple, quick and inexpensive way for Amazon because of repatriation of Vertikuierers this would have been rid of oil and gasoline. A great effort that can not be done without leaving any dirt and oil / gasoline stains.
Unfortunately, Amazon did not want to go this route - the material value of the belt 15.- !!!
Now do I obtain the belt just in the spare parts trade.
Conclusion: Certainly a good device of Einhell Scarifier, I would (and will) but certainly not acquire such devices more on Amazon. I would have just wanted "pragmatic" actions of Amazon here more. Big disappointment!
