The criticism refers to the single player campaign. I played Crysis 2 on PS3 and found this a successful shooter. Just the opening scene, when one has freed itself from a boat, and then gets out of the water in front of the attacked New York, I found just great. There were also a couple of other eye-opening moments. This I missed in Crysis 3. Ever - so a direct comparison with the predecessor - Part 3 draws complete the shorter. Technically it differs (for console) is not really the predecessor, which is not so bad in itself, because it still looks chic and it is clear that the consoles have come to their limits. But where I found the graphics in Crysis 2 really cool, is now quite "normal." But technology is not everything, but the game has in addition also very little to offer. The action does not correct the highlights. Yes, a few good scenes, but nothing more and nothing what a great holiday memories. The eye-opening moments from the previous lack easy. And the missions (bangs from A, B, destroy, etc.) do not differ from the shooter pabulum. Apart from the main missions, you can still attend secondary objectives. Some of them (especially at the beginning) I have done, but have motivated me they do not, all participate alongside. The available weapons has indeed now a sheet (so you can see even more on the cover for the game), but what it should be especially please? It is therefore not recognized in the attack that was about it. Even the soundtrack in Part 2, I found much better - alone the melody in the menu or in the game (for example in the intro) was really cool in Part 2 - here this is not mentioned at (why ???).
I like the Crysis general mechanics with the suit and the two main abilities to "conjure up" a while invisible or invulnerable to - that takes off the game and something from the other. But viewed critically I had not missed anything, if I had not played this third part. All in all, quite a pabulum and quickly forgotten. Too bad.
