Caveat: the Rommba must maintain on a floor 75 sqm. Three rooms are equipped with light laminate, hallway, kitchen and bathroom with bright tiles. Two cats and two people make dirt.
In the living room we have a very large deep-pile carpet and each one in the hallway and in the bedroom.
When we Roomba first started he drove like a madman through the entire apartment. Rather unsystematic.
To my surprise, he came in almost every corner, because it comes with a sensor (like a windmill as a brush) and on edges.
This has us very much.
Our cats were initially very skeptical and are hergejagt with thick tail behind Roomba.
This has placed after the second time.
I personally do not feel Roomba as loud, it is quieter than a conventional vacuum cleaner.
In our apartment we can move him safely leave without feeling disturbed the neighbors.
Rommba picks up dust, crumbs and cat hairs on perfectly.
The cat litter he is doing something difficult, some grains remain always lie about it I can look away but.
We come to a point which I have not yet read:
Once Roomba on our black / brew carpets heading, he stops and signals that he wants to be taken to another place.
After lengthy research in forums, I found out that it is up to the crash sensors.
Roomba looks black and thinks he falls.
I have pasted the sensors with aluminum foil, and now he no longer complains when I put him on a rug.
He drives but not voluntary on the carpets, as it they are probably too high.
He needs about 1 hour until it is finished with our apartment. (The carpets he skillfully ignored)
Conclusion: Roomba is a great helper, but I would not let him into our flat ride alone because he is bothered by the Temmich or our cantilever chairs. Rommba sometimes has to slam the doors a habit.
I'd give three and a half star.
