Counterfeiting or not?

Hello,
Many differences with my other Levi's 501 Black:
no double seams on the legs, red label on the rear pocket without the name Levi's label from the waist undefined material ...
When in doubt, I made a return of this product on the day of delivery.
Moreover, the delivery was quick as always with Amazon and formalities for the return have not asked problem.
Reimbursement was also almost immediate.
I always stay on the sidelines on this but in the meantime, I bought one from a shop with a promo, but more expensive than on the site.
