I think Atelier Ayesha for failed because
- Collected ingredients do not have individual characteristics more. A honeycomb has a property always "sweet" and never "expensive" or "Tough". This disadvantage is however more than offset by the other improvements to the alchemy system.
- No japnische soundtrack are. Only English voices and English subtitles
(I recommend in a Lets Play to look to see if you can live with the English voices!)
So if you liked Rorona and then at Totori and Meruru thought it plays everything similar, with Ayesha bedenklos can access again. There are a lot of new things to discover.
Who wants to go into the studio series is well served equally with Rorona or Ayesha.
Ayesha seems to be designed for 3 years in-game time again, you can re-earn points that you can then plug in additional skills through Synthtisieren and explore.
It also seems to have a high replay value again.
This review was after 7 hours of play.
With Japanese soundtrack I would have awarded 5 stars. So there are only 4 s.
