Finally back sound reasonable!

Had previously a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Music stuck in my PC. Have / had so accustomed good sound.
Listening to music and playing now I mostly use a Sony MDR-XB500 headphones which have a larger driver.
Have now must take gained a new PC in ITX format and thus give up my XtremeMusic and be content with a Realtek onboard HD audio chip me.
What can I say? The headset in combination with the onboard chip would have been a case for the garbage ... music enjoyment = 0
I then ended up after some time in the external X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro.
And now? I am fully satisfied again! Technically sound, the thing is really top and stands of old XtremeMusic to nothing after. The only different style I could find is that some options in the driver are missing or otherwise implemented.
For example, there's the "CMSS3D" settings no longer. For there in the THX Studio Pro Surround function does the same.
But all in all a really good equipment and absolutely no comparison to an onboard solution! Who's lying claim otherwise or is deaf!
