Windows 7 is already on it, it runs really smoothly and quickly. A CD with other programs (freeware) is included, you can decide whether and what you want to install it then himself. I think that's a good idea, otherwise you often get a PC with all sorts of pre-installed applications supplied, which then may have to be uninstalled, the just sucks.
The PC makes enes very good impression, is well finished and quiet. I would bring it to me in any case again, am very happy with it.
