Actually strange that the Born to Run album is considered breakthrough album. Musically, though not being commercial, this album is with the The wild ...- album probably the biggest thing the boss has ever delivered. True worshipers could an oeuvre without "Lost in the Flood", "it's hard to be a saint in the city", "growin'up" etc. not imagine. It's hard to believe, but even without guitarists like Van Zant or Lofgren this rich rock was possible. An absolute must for lovers of his music.
