The idea to pack the stuffing more or less firmly in quesadillas therefore liked it very much.
+ The delivery was super fast as usual (in the afternoon ordered the next day already with us.)
+ The price was due to the flash supply with 22, - Euro also very fair. The originally priced 69,90 is the Quesadilla Maker also not worth it.
To apply:
Unfortunately, we had only 27cm flat bread at home, but wanted to do a test run anyway. When the cakes are too big, fat dripping onto the working surface because yes, the gutter has no effect. However, this is not a disadvantage of the device because it is indeed explicitly pointed out that one should not use more than 25cm wide patties.
So we first put a 'dummy' cakes to a although already wiped but still brand new coating to baking again. The first landed in the trash unfilled. Then it went off. We made a cake one, gave meat, chopped tomato, corn, onion and cheese with it, and put the second on flatbread. Lid and the first and pretty much only shortcoming was evident.
- The cover is a small clip held down their operation may well cause burns because if it evaporated from the Quesadilla Maker and you try to open the small check mark is not too much time to do it painlessly.
+ The temperature display works perfectly. Green light came on and the quesadillas were perfectly browned.
+ If you look on it, that the filling is portioned as possible in the small pits, the quesadillas are properly closed even at the edges, but you should not skimp with the stuffing you, as they are otherwise equal to very dry.
+ If one uses the right-size patties, then it works very well with the fat collection.
Using a pizza cutter, we divided the finished quesadillas. For the children and with our guests this kind of burrito preparation was very well received.
An alternative that we already tried the good old ham and cheese sandwiches in quesadilla form. Simply insert cakes, ham and cheese spread on it and cover with the second flat cake. Lid and in the shortest time toasts are done the times look a little different and taste through the thinner dough differently.
Except for the little thing with the fiddly checkmark to close the Makers we are fully satisfied.
Update 15/12/2015:
Last weekend we tried another variation of .... cream cheese with finely chopped ham, grated cheese and mix finely diced onion and season with some salt and possibly a bit of chili powder. So sprinkle one wafer to a second on and cover. We had as appetizers .... just great!
