So I contacted Amazon whose service was impeccable, which put me in touch with the manufacturer. Having agreed, I returned the unit for two months and nothing! So I made a call and got info as they had done a test, that it was conclusive and that turned me since the device. Not understanding if it were a new or the same (bad) so I asked, and it repackages new surprise me even without further explanation. I just have the right to know that hick gave a conclusive test me and that repackages the same defective device!
Now that's service! Two months to hear me say that all is well and in return have the same filth !!!
Okay for the price there is nothing to go on a crusade against this firm, however it is good to highlight the quality of "service" offered by the brand.
