Since I had already used this machine with my brother and knew them, I ordered them to me. The first was then also wonderful - for two weeks. Then the coffee came only lukewarm to cold. Amazon was kind enough to take the machine back, although from abroad, the postal rates are staggering indeed. Well, so what can happen, I thought, and ordered spare, which then also ran flawlessly. Now we have an ordered, as a gift. Machine arrives, plug it in, push of a button: all dead happening nothing.. So back to Amazon. Mind you, DeLonghi had promised me they would look for a customer service here in Spain, which has not happened. When I made it myself find, said the: "We repair everything, just no coffee machine". I got another phone number, although not part of DeLonghi and not even make it etc. etc. etc. Conclusion: three machines were two defective, customer service zero. The running is good. But that would be yes only one of three .. Luckily I have everything ordered on Amazon, the customer service I have here even pronounce kudos. Fast, friendly, accurate, accommodating. That was the whole mess a positive experience.
