useless for me because the connector terminals

Is much more important for me that it is possible to connect USB devices.
The jack on the device, where the USB devices are plugged in, too tight in my Dock Extension. If already plugging was very heavy, so pulling out was nearly impossible! I was very concerned that I make my USB sticks broken. Overall, I have tried it with 4 sticks / devices, always the same.

I suspect that this is a Monday device, because this problem has not yet been described.
To me, that part is useless, it is returned to sender.
