When broken touch

I have been given the teapot for Christmas. When unpacking I have come to the cover of the "snout", which is torn away. When I (, Sachsenallee Chemnitz) wanted to complain this finally in TEEHAUS Mörl, I was replied by an enervated Verläuferin that this was indeed the glass and glass after all go broke. She herself would never buy such a thing. After this experience I am left following conclusion: It is here for a pot, you obviously can not use.
