It is Synthezisermucke on really old synths that fans of old Tangerine Dream, Jean Michel Jarre, Rodion GA, Ceephax (without Acid Crew), 60's and 70 soundtracks with synths and the like will appeal.
You are indeed more to the point than, say, Tangerine Dream, but the melodies meander in short tracks beautifully in front of him, and the music offered is nicely varied not only by the sounds forth.
A bit of the musical stripping disturbing I found the occasional interludes spoken word, but do not fall further significant because they would be short enough.
That the sound is not even Ultra-Hifi, fits perfectly to the retro charm of the album.
