I bought a ceramic cup because when frying tofu in z. B. steel pans often burn or not tan. I have another pan of Style'n cook and am very satisfied with respect to the non-stick effect with the wok; Tofu tans even! In ceramic pans I have observed however, that you can not tap on the edge of the spatula - otherwise there bursts from the ceramic coating. This is probably due to the type of coating.
