Bought Oral-B Pulsonic for my wife of Expert. This works! Flawlessly until today. I then also bought a Pulsonic on Amazon February 2013. After 3 weeks, the battery was broken, so that the brush always worked only about 10 seconds. Trouble rescission and equal ordered a new one. Can indeed times be a defect. New arrived. Packaging appeared to have been opened before. Well no matter!
Charged and super! The battery lasts about one week. The joy was great! After the second week, the battery performance dramatically shortened to one day. Then she could no longer turn but the green charging light still worked until it is now also erlsochen. So back again. Perhaps a problem with producing defective battery. Should not be.
