When I Sony SAL50F18 a few days ago auprobierte for the first time, I was also surprised at how much power you can get for relatively little money. It's just fun to experiment with a fixed focal length lens and Sony depicts aperture 2.8 from really sharp. Among the optical values are also ok but it is quickly spoiled by the sharpness and automatically hides something from. The bokeh is very nice and one is tempted from time to time to take close-up of all sorts of stuff. Sheets see in gefrohrenen state with ice on the edge of super. Even dried flowers have their charm in close-up.
The feel of Objekltivs is similar to all plastic lenses ok but nothing special. But what really matters are the lenses and are good. The AF provides fast and sharp works reliably with the Sony A65 together. Manually focusing works well, even if the focus ring is likely to be slightly wider. In this Preisseqment but one should accept such trifles.
I set a few pictures, where you can get an idea for the quality of the lens.
