We are here in what is best in terms of games. This is a game of classic conquests which might appear with a mechanical-based redundant (2 + people tile my opponent to make its territory etc ...). Unless that can be (and is more than advisable!) Change people during game which induces changes thrilling strategy. In addition, the game contains 14 peoples with very different characteristics that one associates randomly 20 equally varied powers for hundreds of possible combinations which no party like another. When we know that there are several extensions (admittedly somewhat uneven) adding people and authorities and other variants, as saying that the renewed pleasure is not about to dry up! The rules are simple and fluid without being simplistic, they take on some very educational and clearly illustrated pages but it will still have a game or two to learn the intricacies of peoples and powers. My 8 year old son it is very quick and it is not penalized compared to adults. The parties are dynamic and last about one hour ... intense. They can play 2 (fast, brutal and intuitive), 3 (more thought because more interaction), 4 or 5 (never tried), knowing there a small tray for parties and 2 3 and a large tray to play 4 and 5 ... luxury! Speaking of luxury, the material is lavishly illustrated and high quality (thick cardboard, perfect cut) which adds to the feeling of immersion. After a good dozen parties to 2 or 3, the pleasure is only reinforced and endlessly comment on our respective strategies. An excellent investment that puts quite a blow to the old classics such as RISK.
