Cheap branded product, but with quirks

But for some reason took care of the supplied hose (or its end piece) is not in the shower holder. This struck me so funny before I anschrieb the manufacturer directly, including photo. This sent me immediately and order a free replacement hose (kudos!), Then indeed fit a little better, but still not really. After all: the shower is functional, you can now head stuck in the bracket, but the quality of management, which I would expect from a well-known manufacturers such as Grohe, which is not.
