After various milk frothers (Handaufschäumer, small whisk, Krupps milk frother, Nespresso), I decided three months ago for the Gastroback Aufschäumet. The predecessor did not convince me to part. When Gastroback me much impressed: The amount of milk that I can foam at a time is enough for up to 3 latte macchiato. I can select the temperature of the milk. The milk foam has a great consistency. Here, however, one must note that not all milk makes good lather. Good and cheap from EDEKA or cheap milk from LIDL are not suitable. The best results I've achieved with the milk of Bärenmarke. Here you can even use low-fat milk. Visually, the device fits perfectly with the Gastroback Advanced Pro G espresso machine that I've bought about 2 years ago and prepared an excellent espresso .... The fan noise does not bother me personally so much. Another advantage is that you can place the container in the dishwasher. This goes with the fewest Aufschäumern.
