Frying, roasting, grilling and baking with the hot air fryer

Although we already had larger fryers in use, this one is from Russel Hobbs no small kitchen appliance. The design, like a kind of Easter egg is quite ok, just like the processing.

Included are metal skewers, storage shelf, drip tray, basket and a handle for the basket. The manual, in some recipes can be found is kept simple. Sometimes too simple and general, so that it at precise statements simply missing. In addition, is also a table with cooking times included.

The method itself, so the hot air technology, we find very good. But much less fat is used, also saves the device, compared to an electric stove, a well of energy.

For frying: The taste, for example, the French, is not comparable to the preparation in a conventional fryer. Also during the preparation time, the device cuts here worse. Because it lasts longer with hot air.

From the preparation lot the device has a little disappointed us. However, for a 2-person household, this should not be a problem. Since the basket should not be filled to seal, it is in any case closely for a large family.

Earnings in vegetable or meat skewers but is very good. Even grilling chicken legs can be implemented very well with this fryer. Also, the baking of cakes, for example is faster than in the electric stove. Whether one then but each time brings out the device, each self is left.
