Coffee top - shelf unit flop

I own the Citiz now, since December of 2009.
Initially, we were absolutely thrilled - the coffee as usual by Nespresso is very good.
But after one year occurred the first problem, the brewing unit was defective.
Was also picked up by the Nespresso Club immediately provided a replacement unit available and, after about two weeks, we received the
repaired machine back. As still warranty on the device was, the repair was free.

Now, the guarantee has expired and the device breaks again. Seems as if the pump in the bucket. And although we have always decalcified regularly and also otherwise very good attention to the machine.

Since no longer under warranty, the repair is no longer free.

I am very disappointed, since you're at a new price of 180 Euro assumes that the thing more than 2.5 years of "living". For me, probably no more Nespresso wirds will have to have no desire to ever buy me shortly after-guarantee a new device.

If you drink some coffee (2-3 cups daily) is a Nespresso a good choice (if you decide to forget the garbage produced by the capsules aside). Even the look of the Citiz is great, therefore 2 points.
Only for the durability of the device there holding massive points deduction. Sorry!
