The pan is suitable because of their shape especially for fish, but you can also other stuff in it roast. I certainly had no problems when I made vegetables or meat in it. But for fish, I have Tefal simply concede the coated surface is simply the best. I had no problem with shredded or burnt fish. Even with frozen fish I had no problem. Everything great! I have used the pan with a ceramic hob. And I've found that they highly heated Schnett and the necessary operating temperature. The built-in gimmick with the temperature indicator (the Termo-spot) is functioning properly as in other pans of Tefal.
Great pan! Very good workmanship, it is even suitable for dishwashers. Amateur chefs will have their joy in this pan!
