As it is now, that second album the collaboration of Modeselektor and apparatus that has been published under the name II. At first glance, it is the little brother of the first album, leaving me slightly disappointed, but in the subsequent passages it was a little better, but at the listening experience of the first album, there was, unfortunately, not quite. On the one hand I lacked a bit of variety and the tension building throughout the album away, which have marked the first album. Then fewer titles are, I liked personally. But that's all whining at a high level, because, and I'll give the 3s, the individual tracks are more mature in their investment, in the arrangement, the voltage build-up and peel out the better individual moments that simply produce only goosebumps. Just Bad Kingdom is a monster track that already is one of the best of the year for me, because here everything is harmonious. Alone this item you can leave for hours blare in a loop along with the intro without getting bored. Unfortunately Bad Kingdom is at the very beginning of the album, so that you have a huge expectation on the rest, which is only partly fulfilled. Straight version is a candidate who also decent in the ear canals is but against Bad Kingdom in direct comparison can only lose, but also an immense quality has. Thrill me were still the tracks Milk, which despite its length has an ingenious structure that continues to advance drives the title and Damage Done whose melancholy 1: 1 might come from an apparatchik album. The rest is subordinate to the kind and also impressed not exactly as mentioned, although these have their qualities. Overall it is a sophisticated electronic produced album that certainly takes time until you have become accustomed. There is little danceable elements (apart from Milk actually as good as none at all) and is more suitable for a comfortable listening session on the sofa at home or on the drive. Was not the best album in 2013, but one that you can listen to more often and will not be forgotten for me.
