To my delight I noted that "Revelations" will be continued. This part takes up in almost every respect to the predecessor, the narrative style and an NPC as a constant companion to take effect. The NPC is in this case, however, no one, because basically you play during the campaign both figures, between which one changes depending on the game situation, as each individual has talents. This element I looked skeptical towards, but it works well, and changes are not so often required than that it would affect the game flow. So you might think, "Revelations 2" is basically a continuation of adequate, and could, like its predecessor convince.
That it does not. Why not? Because the bonus that had its predecessor, is now playful. At the first "Revelations" could the stale gameplay still abgewinnen a certain charm, and you could forgive the technically weak presentation. Finally, it was the successful departure from the desolate development of the main series, and that it was a handheld portability, the reaction was perfectly fine. Now, however, the course is set newly, and the title has been planned as a multiplatform title. Now it would have been time to prepare timely the graph and make touch-ups to the simple game mechanics.
None of this has happened. No sooner are the first laurels deserved, already will be well rested again it. The series seems also here to develop into a dead end. Who inertia which is the name of "Resident Evil" consumes one more time, is not nice to look at. The hopefuls "Revelations" is now considered out of steam.
Too bad.
