After us, "Oonagh" took with their first album on a journey into the world of elves and mythical creatures, it takes us now to the land of the Incas and Mayas, according to South and Central America! Not only the cover suggests but also accompany the pan flute sounds, the more songs and create that special "Indio-Feeling". Of course you can find on "Aeria" again this typical Celtic sounds, but thematically, the journey is definitely the land of the Indians! The spirits are once again divided about this album, which one will hate will love it while the others. I hear again allegations as "mass appeal", "Pop-Pop", "Negligible" and of course is once again the poor "Helene Fischer" be tried. I am sure that once again her fat gotten the "ordinary seaman" of "Santiano"! :-) But what the hell, this eternal "Motzkis" have never been very creative and ultimately one anyway only the subjective perception of each individual. I for one like the new album of "Oonagh" "Aeria" is perfectly manufactured to the smallest particles and matched skilfully. The music is very varied and deliberately embellished by deposits orchestra, strings and choral passages pathetic. The songs feature beautiful and catchy melodies which pass one immediately in flesh and blood and also vocally to "Senta-Sofia Delliponti" moves on a very high level. I like her clear, gentle voice that can be very powerful force and if necessary - big cinema! Playing tips? I like the whole album very much and know now actually not what song I should specifically highlight.
My conclusion: If you liked the debut album of "Oonagh" will certainly have fun with "Aeria". However, if this album was already boring or irrelevant, is also found in "Aeria" any favors and if possible should leave it alone. All others I would want to put this album in my heart - I like it!
