Edible Plants: Picking and 4 seasons of revenues. Recognize more than 250 common species + + recipes seasonal table gathering and revenue (Paperback) 5
This book is very well done, it is comprehensive and easy to use as a field book, even for very beginners. The pictures are clear, no doubt about it ..... when one knows a little bit. To get to know a little bit, it would be nice to make an exit with a nature guide. I live in Belgium and all these wild edibles are here, around our gardens, along roadsides, in meadows, in the woods, along streams and even in town. Let all the same cities to pollution. I personally picked everywhere and before eating cooked, raw or in juice, I wash them with water and vinegar and then I rinsed with clear water. Vinegar removes the dross sheets invisible to the naked eye. There is a botanical description sufficient to recognize its benefits in cooking and herbal medicine. At the end of the book, there are simple and tasty recipes that can naturally adapt to our sauce, a few pages of toxic plants and a table of pickings. I highly recommend this book. Good collecting and deliciously yours,
