Finally a pastry book whose recipes work, and the result corresponds to the photo. No complicated, but a very precise dosage of ingredients and cooking temperatures that must be respected to the letter. I had the opportunity to exercise myself on recipe book Panna Cotta, a guaranteed success! Same for the madeleines :) I have to train myself on the rest, but I remain confident through this book.
