Epic or just fade?

As an avid fan of trailer, Epic or score music, I had to buy the CD of course also this album as audio.
On Audio Machine I found out about YouTube. Enter If you are interested, as the search term "epic music". Then just select a playlist and get a taste.
Now back to the album Epica. You can not compare with Remixed or Tree of Life -From label eponymous Epica. I would compare Epica rather Chronicles or Helios. Chronicles has more dynamism and variety. Helios offers a good mix between the three and EPCIA is rather voluminous and consistent.
Despite the drawbacks, a very nice and wonderful album.
The albums sound better than that of The Immediate Music but not arrive at Two Steps From Hell with Archangel zoom. Comparing Audio Machine with Two Steps From Hell will miss one or another variety.
As a point of criticism you have to say here unfortunately, the pieces -12 to the paying are very short -44 minutes. Gesamtlaufzeit-. As a consolation Helios is whole 8 min. shorter. In defense you have to mention that this type of music now not even thought and produced for the mainstream.
