It gives workout plans that are much clearer than those found on the Internet with possibilities to customize them according to its daily objectives and constraints. It can also play down certain distances. All aspects of sport are covered (technical, mental, nutrition, ...). Some items may not be significant for small distances but become more for longer. I really found everything I needed.
