My first socket is now almost depleted and replenishment must be found - there is even now in winter weitergegrillt diligently. Tango Spice has become my absolute favorite spice. Round, intense yet discreet flavors - particularly harmonizing with beef steaks -filets and all without artificial. Or similar flavor enhancer, glutamate and nat. with Bio Seal! Not cheap but worth the price. I use per piece of meat about 1-2EL than Rub, which is about 1 hour plotted front grill. Immediately in front of grilling slightly brush with olive oil and then from the Weber. Even the smell of einsteht this leaves a water converge in the mouth ... Even with guests Tango Spice comes to consistently very good. But now I stop otherwise I get hungry ;-)
