The taste is (judging by my taste) the Beef steak well done. Unlike many other of beef jerky I know so, this is here but much sharper (but I find a good thing). The fat content is 5.4% (as indicated) and it is hardly sugar in it, also does not taste sweet. The pieces are quite large, but are then only relatively few in there, allemals better than half a pack full of crumbs meat. The price is not cheap but still in the frame. Made it will probably in Lithuania.
I would buy it again. But tastes are known to vary, not all is as usual taste.
