    I gave the spice my husband, who eats very happy times, a good piece of meat. He was enthusiastic about the smell. He then let it sit on the raw meat three hours and seared. Excellent. Highly recommended.

    As of Herbaria expected a very good mix! Although the name of the spice implies a use as steak seasoning, you can use it however also very good to marinate tofu. However, one should here take the commercial Baumwolltofu (no silken tofu).

    Very delicious: lots of sugar raises the flavors and prepares toast, it always goes without, but with better ... :-) Just do not fry zuschaf, otherwise verbrennts. more suitable for pan as for barbecue.
