Finally back golden-brown fries!

For our WG finally needed a deep fryer, we had no more desire to oven ;-)
So I got myself set out to find and chose this fryer Sinbo due to the modern design and the powerful 2,200 Watt.
The capacity of the fryer is 3.5L, which was also a reason for the purchase, because that is already significantly more than other appliances. Also, the frying basket is huge.

Up to 190 degrees, the fryer can be placed in intermediate ranges for fries, nuggets, chips or fish fingers! Everything is nicely golden brown and crispy, the result is impressive.

By pressing a button you can open the fryer.
But the best is the practical basket-lift function - Man lifts the lever up and then automatically takes the frying basket from the fat. The basket can take out is easy.
To test the heat, a control light is attached next to the Temperature regulation - It indicates when the temperature has been reached.

What I've never been to another fryer had: it can be completely disassembled for cleaning! You can even take out the heating elements! All removable parts are dishwasher-proof, the cleaning can not here be easier.
Even the oil reservoir can take out and store somewhere if needed, unlike in the fryer. (Closet, fridge ...)
