The Speed Wheel is probably more of a speed horseshoe, but otherwise leaves for ambitious casual players not much to be desired.

The Speed Wheel fits comfortably in your hand, the bigger trigger switches can be very easy to operate and have a little more leeway compared with the normal controller. So you can very precisely dosed the throttle or brakes.

A disadvantage is that there is no RB / LB shoulder buttons, which eg results in a slightly more cumbersome PGR4 control through the menus or the camera change can be disturbing. Most but even alternative controller layouts offered by the game, so that the "damage" is limited.

Who shuns the high price of reasonable REAL steering wheels for the Xbox 360 or just do not want / has no place, this constantly assemble and disassemble, the Speed Wheel should definitely take a closer look. For "pros", the device is less suitable because it is just too much and too little steering wheel controller.

I personally like to play offline, either alone or with friends and rarely online, and certainly not in leagues. My MadCatz MC2 is now probably even longer in the closet unused. The Speed Wheel is a good compromise for me and my ideas.
