Pro:
* It works easily and completely stable after the device is synced
* Good documentary, also German
* Simple web interface
* Is very little warm
* 4-port switch (for me useless)
* Sold by Deutsche Telekom as a supported device: For us, important issues with which
Contraindications:
(Note: I have not spoken with the support of Allnet, the sync problem could therefore also be on our side)
* In direct comparison to all other tested modems and routers takes the first sync for a long time
- For other devices, the sync minutes was reproducible for 10 seconds to 2 completed
- This modem took reproducible up to 20 minutes
- Our connection has very good, stable values (a dream ...)
* Connection to the WAN side is RJ11, RJ45 not (not a problem if you know it in advance)
* No possibility for direct connecting the lines
* Price (pure VDSL2 bridge you get even cheaper)
Not tested:
* Everything else except the pure modem functionality (eg the router mode)
* Entertain (but should work)
Conclusion:
I would buy it again.
Tip:
In concrete demand for the support Telekom, the device can also be purchased directly from the Telekom. Important for warranty and responsibility scramble for problems with the connector. Price is then about 10% higher than on the open market.
Do not get rid of: the device _is_ available. (May 2012)
