Good device was defective, no support

In my opinion, the installation was pretty easy. A set-up guide will lead a required through the steps.
We were able to set the desired channels quickly and actually fit with the device.
We left the audio output is defective, so we sent the device back.
Various cable tried, but from the left channel was only a faint croak.

The specified support number was at 32 !!! Try / spread over 3 days) always occupied directly (as if there were the number did not), to the e-mail inquiry to Blaupunkt or the designated service company M3 Electronic GmbH never got an answer. That's really disappointing, so we buy now a replacement device from another manufacturer.
