the Vivo Smart is now my fourth Fitness product from this category, and a really good unit.
Important to me were next to the existing course record of activity (steps) the alarm by vibration, wear inconspicuous and displaying messages.
The latter is unfortunately Apple conditionally limited available in iOS users - in other words, that what is in the message center, is also displayed. Not more.
Steps are already happy times counted when only the arm, for example, is moved in the shower. The problem most other tracker as well.
The Vivo Smart itself is comfortable to wear, the brightness at the lowest level in the sun enough or if you have to get up at night in the dark bedroom times.
Negative, I find that the alarm settings can be made only in the app. And then once the balance has to be done for safety's sake, otherwise you will not be woken up in the morning.
And really bad is the support - it is nice to hang long on hold, get meaningless answers let alone help.
The best example is the latest release of the hardware 3.0 - I've been waiting specially for a few days with it and recorded it on the weekend after all.
Since then, no vibration is more - at least no appreciable. In alarm mode, it shakes once very briefly and that was it. Support refers to an actual server or network failure (see below). However it has not already vibrates, but ignored the call center agent studiously. Other users have the problem, according to this site (after intensive search) obviously.
Network error and therefore no more push messages, also like to come before time.
And when the phone has lost the connection, then the automatic setup does not always work.
That reminds me of the support can not say if and when the problem is resolved, the unit now goes back. Too bad.
Became the second device, the first well was a hardware failure, because the battery in sleep mode sucked empty and the tape was made in the morning - without warning. Although the day before loading ..... Support was also, let's say .... not very helpful.
