The author's style is always smooth and easy even if I have found that this third volume was perhaps more finely written. However, I just saw that the translator had changed in Volume 2 and Volume 3, then perhaps it is a contribution of the translation. I enjoyed reading part concertante training Brisingr!
The story progresses, although sometimes it seems that the army is on-site. On the other hand, a large army does not move so easily, not to mention that something always happens to our heroes :)
The action is very present, just this reason. The answers to some of our questions begin to arrive. However, it is unfortunate that some things that were overflown while others are more than adequately addressed.
The characters evolve, and the relationships between these characters. The author goes into more detail and also at depth. I have again enjoyed the passages where Roran is in action, even if I find insulting his luck, one can not take away the power of his mind, not to mention that of his hammer)
I also liked the contributions of Urgals the story. Tolerance is a big theme in this book
