Very good stove, like all De Buyer. For 32cms I took the blue steel because of the weight for mineral b models and also because they are cheaper. I do not regret it, it is thinner and consequently lighter. The consideration is that high heat deforms the bottom a little bit. I was afraid to use it on plates induction but eventually as I never put them to maximum power it deforms little.
PS: Please note I had the sand with abrasive paper 180 (+ water and soap) to remove the layer of blue protection, something that is nowhere mentioned. Once this film can be removed easily the pellet. I do not understand the value of this blue layer where my withdrawal of a star.
