I had the E-500 in use, the E-620 is a major step forward. are the 7 auto focus points (in good light) very quickly and accurately in low light conditions helps an external flash that supports infrared autofocus. the images are much sharper than the previous model, which is certainly at the higher resolution, but also the image stabilizer according to my subjective perception. the noise in high ISO performance is also greatly reduced, in 3200, although it is clear to see, but the images are still half-way useful. without battery grip of the body is so small that it already passes nearly as bridge-cam, I think, with the handle you have a lot more stability and the additional trigger means that you do a lot more on edge recordings. The art filters are a funny gimmick, especially the black and white effect with the coarse grain makes very nice pictures. The menu is a little confusing, but you find yourself but then quickly feel. Overall, I'm with the E-620 very, very happy !!
