I had then eventually bought my NEX6 the two Sigma fixed focal lengths (30 and 19mm). Quick has been shown that most of the '30s I had it. But the lens I was often just too faint and too slow. So I resorted sometime after much back and forth a bit deeper into his pocket and bought the SEL35f18. Since then, it's actually my plan always objective. The optical performance of the lens to be proud of and also with the bokeh I am very satisfied. Certainly I use the light intensity only in some situations but then I'm happy to have them available available.
Every now and then I have to einice CAs wegmachen, aberr This dates (if it really stands out) with Lightroom ratzfatz.
Autofocus usually sits very accurate and is comparable soon as the SEL1650 for my feeling. But that is always difficult to assess without a laboratory measurement. Anyway, it's clearly fixed as the SEL50f18. I am very pleased with the lens.
How to read in other reviews that comes with the lens a Streulichblende. Thus the lens about 1/3 longer than without this aperture.
The processing is as with all other Sony lenses I own / owned properly! The focus ring is running smoothly and with slight resistance. The finish is fine and immaculate.
I would buy the lens again and recommend it to anyone. Certainly this is one of the best for the E-Mount.
