Great urban simulator

The complex is to be built is huge, there is room for mega-cities ... everything was messed up on current Sim City. The city can be great to develop, there are constantly changes. What unfortunately also brings disadvantages, because then, for example. the streets only partially upgrade later. Toll is the idea, to make a two-lane road in each direction a five-lane one-way street, or in the 2 and a 3 lanes in the other direction. So is partly the traffic flow significantly improved. However, only if you have previously chosen the right road, because not every previous road we can do a larger one. Since then you have frequently forth the wrecking ball.

However, this is not the main problem of the game. This is namely the fact that the city suffers from about 40 thousand inhabitants under tremendous performance losses. First, I had my own computer suspected, though it is equipped with a GTX 560 Ti and NEM i5-3470 CPU. After further research on the internet describing very, very, very many exactly the same problem. That is, from the status of the small town I can not get out in the game. This is extremely unfortunate, since the structure is really fun (and also the frequent use of the wrecking ball does not bother so much). To describe it in more detail: for example, the opening of the Construction menu or even changing the menus takes forever long. Meanwhile, the game continues to run, but you can not go further than to wait until the new menu finally opens anyway. This robs a real nerve. And it is then no longer really better. Although I had read that the storage and reload short (about 20 minutes) brings a normal flow of the game, with me it does not work unfortunately.

Normally I would have given 4 stars, but by the described problems unfortunately are not more than 2 in it.

Update 1/27/2015:
I liked the left with the performance of no rest and so I have the game now reinstalled twice. Lo and behold, despite 200,000 Enwohnern boils. I can not quite grasp what the Petformance has been so so down in the basement, möglcherweise was a Mod in between, which has held up the whole store. Thus there from me now 4 stars for the game! To five stars is not enough, because I think the road mode and the construction itself too complicated that would be better.
