At first briefly explain what I'm doing with the product: I use the device in the first place with my Xperia Z3 and my SLR (Canon EOS 600D). On the one hand I can remotely control the camera via a connected cable and an Android app called DSLRController with the smartphone. The various advantages of this method, I do not want to mention at this point. A big advantage is, however, to obtain a much larger screen for live view of the camera. With OTG enabled tablets can thus connect also for example 10 "Tablets but you can over the stroke much more:.. About the Card Reader can be, for example, back-up copies of images from the camera to make Simply read SD card and copy on Smartphone Due. the large capacity the Micro SD card can achieve now, the own smartphone can thus theoretically passable use tank as Image and caching images there. Or they save on the mentioned app, for example on an external USB flash drive. This gives many possibilities and is better prepared for many situations. That's what I like about this unit.
The exterior: even the size and format you here are very similar to both products. The Inateck stroke but is a little smaller and smaller. A real advantage I do not see it but. Both are very light and compact. The build quality is good, the coating of plastic feels dibasic. Here, both are similar also. When EasyAcc stroke all three USB ports are located on an edge, at another of the card reader and the input for the power cable. When Inateck hub terminals are spread a little more open. There are two card reader pages and two USB ports (1x 2 and 1x 1).
Large projections and a real added value can list the EasyAcc stroke by packaging and delivery. While the Inateck Hub in a loveless plastic wrap supplied with just one power cable as an additive, to the EasyAcc Hub wins in an attractive box and with lots of accessories. It also receives here also a USB to DC power cable, but still an OTG adapter cable (USB to micro USB), a USB 2.0 extension cable and an English manual. The data cables are particularly high and are held in a ribbon design.
A decisive advantage is in fact also that the unit by default on the housing has a USB connection and thus can also be used on PCs or laptops as native USB hub or card reader. The OTG hub functionality is achieved by the contained short OTG cable. This is a little longer than what is permanently installed on Inateck Hub.
Conclusion: Basically, both devices are very good and work fine. In direct comparison, I would say that the EasyAcc stroke a bit better and just can impress with a broader scope. Especially since both costs currently about the same, the decision can be very simple.
