The housing is good and solid processed. The installation of the SSD was absolutely just and the plate sits properly in it (since nothing floats and there jammed nothing!). After connecting to the computer quite a good literacy rate was observed (350MB / s write and 380MB / s read). Admittedly, I would have expected a better performance because the same SSD internally a capacity of Ø 500MB / s creates. Thunderbolt is expected this performance theoretically not slow down, after all, transmits this connection yes with 10Gb / s (SATA III with still 6Gb / s). But ... that is of course grumble at the highest level, since traditional internal HDD's and most of Hybrid panels create these speeds usually far. Although the external power supply may annoy so many minds, me personally cares not'm still free one or the other slot in the bar. All in all, the housing offers a top price / performance ratio and is recommended by me quite!
