Deep Purple were and still one of my (few) favorite bands was. The new album has surprised me; it's basically the most complex work of this group at all. Significant "bonds" can be seen quite like on the sticker also noticed "Perfect Strangers" shimmers from time to time by ... Also I remembered with two titles to "Emerson Lake & Palmer," and you have to give the good songs without exception the time to act. When you hear new title, they need a while to settle in the ear and so I'm going to this album very often hear. Ian Gillan sings solid and excellent, although many think that his voice would be "weaker" become, is not she, she has aged, and this is perfectly normal. Anyway, it all fits together very well, and Steve Morse contributes significantly help, it sounds like it should, namely to Deep Purple. And yet it is a band that needs to be afraid "Mark II" no comparisons, and there is absolutely no point to compare apples and oranges. I myself am quite very critical and occupations like me to "glory days", but is it realistic to compare a CD of 2013 with a record of 1971/1972? If one does it anyway you have to admit, that have delivered a top album here 5 seasoned musicians and whether it likes it or not depends on your preference. But in no way it is right rumzumäkeln at the quality of this album. Also the sound is very balanced and harmonious. It is certainly not a "heavy rock album", but it has invariably high-profile rock music at its best. A comparison with "Made in Japan" is silly, plays a tape of today, it always honors the musician, to be compared with this time, but they have continued to develop, as a musician and as a man, and have listeners yes also. I'm looking forward to the next "By listening without SCIP key" that do not need.
